Notice of Company Ceasure

As to Section 311 of the Companies Act of 1963, the Directors of the Baden-Powell Scouts Association of Ireland with a Headquarters at 22, Sundrive Road, Kimmage, Dublin 12 as their principal place of business have each resolved to notify the Register of Companies in Ireland that the company is not carrying on a business or service and requested to strike the name off the register.

The company has no assets or liabilities.

As a legal requirement there are now no Scout Groups registered in Ireland under the name Baden-Powell Scouts Association. The notice of ceasure appeared in the Irish Daily Mail on 1st July 2010
