WOLF CUB OBSERVER

1. Either:
a) Observe from life and be able to describe the appearance and habits of any six living creatures, such as animals, birds, insects or reptiles.
OR
b) Recognise from life and name accurately
i) 6 trees and
ii) 6 flowers in season, (preferably wild flowers).
OR
c) Keep in reasonable detail a nature log for a period of at least 3 months.

2. Find his way to an unknown spot, between 275 and 370 metres away, by following directions given to him by the examiner. These may be either compass directions, signs made on the ground or landmarks, or any combination of these.
